This guy Hunter started this off as a joke but now it has quickly gained traction since he posted his website 24hrs ago. Pledge $45 or more, you would be contributing to the purchase of Spirit Airlines and be a voting member. The goal is for the airline to be owned by the people, ran by the people. The site crashed and is being rebuilt to handle the volume of people that are visiting, but before that the pledges were up to $22 mil.
